1. Loaded Sheet Pan Nachos


A crowd-pleaser packed with cheesy, crunchy, and spicy goodness!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a Mexican blend)
  • 1 lb ground beef or shredded chicken
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Salsa, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. On a large baking sheet, spread out tortilla chips. Evenly distribute cooked beef (or chicken), black beans, cheese, tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, and olives.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and top with sour cream, avocado, and cilantro. Serve immediately with salsa on the side.

2. Honey BBQ Chicken Wings



These sweet and tangy wings are finger-licking good!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

For the Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Arrange wings on the rack and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  4. While the wings bake, heat BBQ sauce, honey, butter, and hot sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  5. Remove wings from the oven and toss them in the honey BBQ sauce.
  6. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
