A Frosty Holiday Delight

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Soda water
  • Ice
  • Shredded coconut (for rimming the glass)

Instructions:

  1. Rim a tall glass with lime juice and dip in shredded coconut for a snowy look.
  2. Muddle mint leaves and lime juice in the glass. Add ice.
  3. In a shaker, combine rum, simple syrup, and coconut cream. Shake and pour into the glass.
  4. Top with soda water and gently stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
